- PAINTING: It allows you to play with different colours and gives you a mental satisfaction. Try mandala colouring or any form of painting which you like.
- PHOTOGRAPHY: Use your mobile phone or camera to capture the beauty that surrounds you. Using photography, you may view the world from a variety of angles.
- BAKING AND COOKING: Try out different recipes and flavours. Cooking is a tasty and enjoyable hobby.
Relaxation Hobbies:
Sometimes all you need to do is relax. Here are some of relaxation leisure hobbies:
- WALKING: Even a short walk through your neighbourhood or in a park may be quite relaxing.
- LISTENING TO MUSIC: Create your own playlist on your favourite songs and relax.

Creating time for interests:

- START SMALL: Begin with little time, even if it’s only 10 minutes each day it’s enough.
- COMBINE ACTIVITIES: Take your knitting to the park or listen to an audiobook while you work in your garden.
- UNPLUG: To get the most of your activity time, turn off your phone and any other distractions.
